Is meditation obedient for ADD? What else can comfort?


I have the inattentive type of ADD and love to meditate, but enjoy stopped, because I worry that it will slow down my mind, and I involve to speed it up. How do I do it? Should I meditate again, or are there games which can give support to? I also need to reorganize my concentration and memory. I don't want to use medication, and am already addicted to coffee, maybe because it help a bit! I'm just sick of not notice, getting lost, forgetting, and I need to be on the bubble in my mission.

Meditation if it worked why stop? Caffeine been used for ADD/ADHDers for years. My mother started me on it when I be 6-7.
