There is nought that you can use to relieve the pain unless you progress to the emergency room for perhaps an injection. Take someone to the hospital beside you to drive The drug will be strong enough to relieve your affliction. You will not be able to win anything comparable to the narcotic over the counter. You may want to try Aleve capsules,or some Excedrin Migraine or ExcedrinTension Reliever. I would not try to pinch anything with alot of tylenol surrounded by it,. and don't take more than you are told to filch,you might become addicted to the narcotic or begin to consistency worse than you did before because the more regularly you take something the lowest possible better you will feel.
