what herbs and innate remedies will be good within Epilepcy, i have it from later 14 yrs and its is controlled from sodium valporate epilex tablet

Kapalbhati -(Do it formerly eating) Push air forcefully out through the trunk about once per second. Stomach will itself dance in(contract in). The breathing in(through the nose) will happen automatically. Establish a rhythm and do for 20 to 30 minutes twice a daylight.(Max 60 min/day) Not for pregnant women. Seriously ill empire do it gently.
