Melatonin can be bought within a health food store and it works great. In reality many of form food stores have a moment or two section on inbred and herbal sleep remedies and they really do help.
Also. practice somewhat meditation and quieting of the mind before sleep. Stay rotten the computer and away from the tv for at least an hour previously sleep.
Good Luck
Hard work and exercise. The average American does not do near ample hard work and get far too little exercise to get the body into a regular work/rest cycle. Eat a angelic diet, work hard, play easier said than done and rest well. That is the best most innate sleep aid you can get. If you commission has you sitting adjectives day long, look for ways to spend zest and work your muscles, you will be amazed.
try calms forte..

you can grasp it at Wal-Mart. I use it and it is the only article that has ever be able to lend a hand me with my sleep problems...better than a prescription.
Place a sachet of floral scent (lavender, chamomile) under your pillow and sleep beside an eye mask. A reheat bath can also do the trick. Try putting thicker curtains over your window at night so the place is nice and brown. Limit yourself on the caffeine drinks in the evening.
The scent of lavendar is deeply soothing.
My personal fave is peppermint tea (has no caffeine) with milk and for a time sugar. If you use loose tea, you could put a small amount of catnip in beside the peppermint. It's harmless to humans, and help to relax you.
Other than that, having an established routine, using the bedroom singular for sleeping and sex, making sure the room is as dark and inactive as possible (use earplugs and a facemask, if necessary) and having fitting comfy sheets, pillows and blankets all progress a long way toward making it easier to go and get to sleep. Also, don't let yourself toss and turn. If you lay down, and stay awake fore more than 10-15 minutes, capture up and do something else until you're tired, then lay down and try again.
You can drink chamomille tea, sweetened near honey. Also, there is valerian root, but it does smell unpromising and i mean fruitless, so you could go find valerian extract caplets and drink one back going to bed.
as for the nigh blood pressure, you can help your body by drinking lots of hose, and try adding these spices to your food.
basil
sound leaf
chili powder
cinnamon
cumin
curry powder
dry mustard
garlic powder, not garlic saline
onion powder, not onion salt
oregano
paprika
parsley
pepper, black and red
and thyme.
mop up your head below running water (dont use rime or hot water)for 10 minutes before going to bed.this will do.
if you enjoy any other problems it may not work.if you have constipation lug a 8 ounce water enema.
Go to any herb shop afford them a history of your health and permit them know what you need, how your sleep have been going. I did this and the sleep aids that be given to me are working great! I do not want to give you a entitle, because it may be different, because of your medical condition.
Melatonin. You can purchase this at your local healthfood store or if you are within an area where on earth a Trader Joe's is, that is most plausible the cheapest place, but it is relatively inexpensive. Works pretty well too.
Check out: Melatonin.com
check beside doctor cause of giant blood pressure first but there is Kava Kava ( vigour food store) bad on livers though
and Melatonin ( can be bought at Target )
Try commitment flower extract.
Melatonin works like a charm. I've be using it for couple of years and I have elevated blood pressure as well. It's enormously inexpensive and naturally occurring so it doesn't own any negative interactions near medications. However, if you taking any type of antidepressants or anti-anxiety medication you should check with your doctor first in the past you take any type of sleep remedy.
Hope you sleep peacefully.
