I own a simple remedy for emotional issues. Bach Flower remedies. If you haven't tried them its going to be a pleasant solution for you. They work on a hugely subtle level so don't expect to carry dramatic results. They won't cure the reason for depression but they are effectual in getting your thrilling life subsidise on track.
