How can I sleep better?
I have read the Yahoo! Health page, every single one of them and I want some home remidies that can help me. The stuff on Yahoo! Health doesn't work on me. What should I do?

Try to do something relaxing formerly you go to bed. Don't get through big meals smaller amount than 3 hours before sleeping. Try meditating/deep breathing. Sometimes it also help to relax you if you put a pillow under your knees (straightens the spine.)
Try sleeping rather earlier than as a rule, it usually feels much better surrounded by the morning. Also, dont sleep with your stomach full, it can be discomforting and it slows down your metabolism. Also move up your bed, instead of a flat pillow sleep on two. It can make such a huge difference...trust me. Not solely pillows, but switch up the way you sleep. Take NyQuil or Tylenol Pm Try eating in good health and going to sleep earlier, and if that doesn't work ask your doctor. Hope this help.
My friend told me not to do anything in my bed other after sleep, because then your body get use to doing things in bed and doesn't want to sleep. Also keeping influential during the day (running or walking) can assist at night when you are all set to go to bed.

What it comes down to to your lifestyle. It is good to enjoy a good diet and exercise program.
Try going to bed at equal time every night, create sure that your bed is comfortable to you. Reading a book could help.
But instinctively I would not take Any OTC meds to relief you sleep. Try the herb Passionflower in a tea right up to that time you go to bed. That should serve and is not addictive.
