Opinions from population who use or own used a Neti Pot?
Did it help? What do you use surrounded by it?
Answer: Yes, and I love it. I have have a sinus infections this last week, and I be using it 2X a day, and it did help out. The other thing that help was Wal-Mart brand of mucinex- it is guafenisen, this will break up the crap, and next "flush" it out with the neti pot!!
Yes, it help.
Use warm, preferably purified marine, with moral salt, in the region of 1/4 teaspoon to 8 ounces...
I often append colloidal silver if I have a cold. You can also use partially baking soda and half brackish.
I used the Neti Pot for the very first time today. I hold been sick for 2 days near severe nasal congestion. It works great!! Very fast and soothing nouns. At first it is a very strange sensation but once you get used to it the nouns is amazing. You can buy packets to craft the solution or use your own.
To make a homemade solution do the following:
return with 8 ounces of distilled water or thump water boiled for 10 minutes. Then 1/4 teaspoon of non-iodized saline and stir in till completely dissolved. Let cool to luke heat then you are equipped to fill your Neti Pot and stir. Some people use a small pinch of baking soda to buffer the brackish solution.
I use the salt packet supplied with it, or if you don't procure any with yours, you can buy the NeilMed refill. It's the same stuff, roughly a buffered saline solution.
And yes it works really well, especially if you carry nosebleeds from dry air, because it moisturises the membranes inside your antenna.
My friend used it and she thought it sounded gross, but when she used it every morning and evening, she thought it was the greatest sinus solution. She used deep-sea salt solution surrounded by it
