How can you increase circulation?
I want to get rid of the ominous bags / rings beneath my eyes and I cant get any more sleep, I dont close to to be lazy(im not putting cucumbers on my face, I am a boy) I also use a computer 7-10 hours a week. Now Ive read a few of the previous posts. The rings are cause by decreased circulation and buildup of hemoglobin around the eyes because in that isnt enough sleep and the eye muscle cant relax. From taking SAT Bio and getting a obedient score I know that hemoglobin is a protein surrounded by the blood that carries oxygen and is made near iron. I also know that water intake is supposed to increase circulation as capably as certain "fortification pills" Meet Bob bob is happy... anyways im not that behind the times. I heard to revive someone you could circulate wrists and ankles but does that really increase circulation? Hope that useless stuff I said help someone with an answer.

I feel exercise is the best, but for the only remedy for circulation! I used to enjoy 'winter's toes' when I was a child due to doomed to failure circulation in my foot, but it has completely disappeared, because I enjoy always done some form of aerobic exercise as an fully fledged: jogging, and at a gym, stepping and spinning. There be a short period when I couldn't afford the gym and stopped, and winter's toes be back again after years an years.
I don't suggest walking is enough. More intensive is better, depending on your physical condition. If you are elder, get medical proposal first and whatever your age, find fit gradually, following a proper program.
