If I have helicobacter pylori I would get the medical treatment straight away; it's reasonably a serious thing. However, in that are other things that you could probably try at the same time:
Grapefruit kernel extract (or grapefruit seed oil) have been shown to assassinate hp and to generally cleanse your system. It's graceful to get, and not hideously expensive.
Bio yogurt is good for re-establishing the right germs inside you, but what you really want is homemade yogurt; it's orders of vastness better. Can you get EasiYo? It's from New Zealand, but Julian Graves vigour shops do it (I don't know their web address).
some compounds used as automatic therapies do suppress (but not cure) Helicobacter pylori . An example is lactobacilli found surrounded by yoghurt)!
Basically, HP is tough to eradicate if you don't do it "by the book".
