Spirulina?
if i stop taking spirulina after a few months of taking it, will it affect me permanently surrounded by any way??
Answer: Hey Clark Kent. Spirulina is rich within iron , calcium, zinc, potassium and magnesium ... it is also a fine source of vitamin A and the B complex of vitamins (including B12) . it also contains phenylalanine, which acts on the brain's appetite center to halt hunger pangs ~ while also keeping your blood sugar at the proper horizontal.
If you have be using spirulina for a few months you must feel great ~ next to a natural and slickly assimilable form of protein and iron and all the other great things within it you would be totally energised ~ naturally.
Why stop?? If it's the cost simply cut the amount you are taking on a daily cause ... i've done precisely what you are proposing before and the slump surrounded by my energy level and the rate at which my moods started swinging shocked me !! I, however, don't really like drinking red meat and am lactose intolerant so i really do need to wage attention to my iron and protein intake .
Without enough iron and B12 within your body neither will be usefull to you and you will suffer symptoms of iron deficiency anaemia ~ fatigue and nouns, dizzy spells and fainting, pallor of skin ~ and B12 deficiency symptoms which compass from depression, stress, constipation, insomnia, excessive sweating, nausea and vomiting, headaches and migraines, irritability and moodiness, headache and migraines, tingling and prickling and numbing sensations in the outer extremities and even chest pains and heart palpitations !! Quite terrifying actually if you don't realise the vitamin factor.
Iron wants sufficient supplies of B12 to be effectively assimilated by your body ~ spirulina provides the perfect symmetry of both in the one food.
Otherwise get through more foods rich in iron ie ~ red meat, clams dried peaches, egg yolks, oysters, nuts, beans, asparagus, spinach, blackstrap molasses (ensure it is unsulphured) and oatmeal.
Also munch through more foods rich in vitamin B12 ie ~ organ meat such as lambs fry and kidneys, skimmed milks and cheeses, fish and eggs.
Other than the energy slump you would experience if you didn't replace the level of iron and B12 that you would experience if you stopped taking it, i would only think that you probably wouldn't be eliminating as resourcefully either as it contains magnesium (known as the antistress mineral) which is great for thriving nerve and muscle functioning as all right as for heart health and also great for eliminate constipation issues.
Good luck
