Has anyone tried the solarplex exam to find out what is perfect for you?
it is the same testing as someone pushing your arm down as you hold something against your solarplex and ask yourself,"is this good for me?"BUT you're doing it by yourself,does it work,do you move about forward for good,topple backwards for bad?

I've have the "arm testing" thing where on earth someone pushes down on your arm to see if it's good for you or not. Yeah, I hold the product to my solar plexus consequently they push down on the arm and if my arm goes down afterwards we know I don't need it or don't stipulation that much.
I'd never heard of holding it and falling forward or vertebrae. However, I have a friend that holds it contained by one hand but make a circle of her thumb and first finger then links the other foot the same road, making a circle of the thumb and first finger. If she can easily verbs her fingers apart (breaking the link) then she say it's not a good product for her but if her fingers remain firm and the circles are not broken afterwards she knows she should purloin that product.
Sorry I didn't explain real obedient but I hope you get the picture.
Me, I prefer the one-arm oral exam where someone pushes down. But that's of late me.
