I used to grow catnip and learned that my cats really like it and that it also can be made into tea. It helps empire fall asleep and to not own bad dreams. My neighbor have read this (fact) and tried it. It worked for her. It is part of the mint relatives so it doesn't taste bleak either.
When I be a kid, I got catnip tea everytime I have any kind of digestive upset. Also for a stuffy trunk, although I think it be the hot drink rather than the catnip that be important contained by that case. (I be too young for coffee or regular tea.)
My cats love catnip, but I found that as an grown I don't like to drink catnip tea - I associate it too much near being sick.
