Make sure to give your eyes a break from the computer eyeshade every so often. Take around a 10 minute break every hour or so. You blink a lot smaller amount when concentrating on something like a computer peak, which can cause discomfort. If goggles are uncomfortable to you, possibly you need them in tune a little differently. Make sure your goggles for computer use have non glower coating on them too! This will help downsize strain on your eyes.
