Cod liver grease for menstruation?
how would this help?
Answer: Fish grease and cod liver oil contain EPA and DHA which hold anti-inflammatory activity. As a result, fish grease is used to help culture with miscellaneous inflammatory conditions e.g. painful menstruation.
Don't know. This is a spanking new one on me. Cant see the benefits somehow but maybe I'm wrong. works on anything, trust me!!
Cod liver grease is probably not as effective as NSAIDs (like ibuprofen) for menstrual niggle. Further, it has anticoagulant properties, and thus may be paid menstrual bleeding worse. No information on this use is explicitly given, however. it will prb just distribute you the poops and then you will own extra cramping
Cod liver oil should not be taken. It is have a high stratum of Vitamin A, close to the toxic amount.
And I can't see how it could possibly help.
Perhaps you are thinking of Evening Primrose grease, used for centuries to help luxury the symptoms of PMS and the pain of cramps. if you own any bad pms time basically take a vitamin B6,B12,B100 or B-complex. 500 mg. a daytime is enough.
If you're suffering from discouraging pms and experience symptoms such as irritability, losing temper, person tearful etc, later try taking 5htp.
People generally appropriate Evening Primrose Oil to help their pms symptoms. I don't know whether cod liver grease would help, but it won't do any impair.
