hace frio a veces y hace calor a veces contained by the first paragraph, i'd say los remedios naturales curar los enfermedades a menudo. that's the just change within that paragraph!
in the second, cash "en me region" to "en mi region, es frio a veces y es calor a veces" and then tweaking "cuando hace calor, es beneficial por la piel" the rest looks good--just omit the a earlier the verb respirar.
