Answer:
melatonin works great
drink a glass of reheat milk
try wearing socks to bed and drink a glass of reheat milk...

try counting sheeps... and if it still won't work...

only just buy an over the counter sleeping pills.
I also had problems sleeping. It is as if your mind still doesn't want to quit working. One of the first things to do when you can't sleep, is to receive up and do something, read, go on-line and play a hobby, or anything else to keep you from tossing, turning and thinking too much. Watching T.V, is also moral.
Also, don't drink caffeine, smoke, or take any stimulants. There are also relaxants that a doctor can prescribe for you e.g. Temazepam, clomazepan, etc. There also should be no lashing meals, or sugary snacks eat before bedtime. A vitamin B supplement would probadly backing as well, since it help your body deal near stress. It is also suggested that you try to develop a healthy sleep stencil, getting up and going to sleep at the same time respectively day. Your room should be dull and cool as well. Learn how to meditate and breath
properly. And, try an exercise program. This really works ably for destressing. I hope this has given you some concept.

Blessings, Lolita

Cut out any caffeine for awhile. Drink some Chamomile tea contained by the evening. Also, the scent of Lavender alleviates insomnia because it calms the nerves.

For supplements, try taking Valerian or Melatonin in the order of an hour before you want to turn to sleep.
Try drinking a glass of chamomile tea earlier bed. Also, you could try putting a couple of drops of lavender essential oil on your pillow (on the pillow itself, not outside on the pillow case). Sweet dreams!
Try Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime tea and Valerian Root Extract.
