There is a reason they hail as it hypertension. Your muscles aren't relaxed and make it complex for the heart to pump blood through or past them. The easiest channel I know to relax is to meditate. It releases past cause of tension. When your brain works overtime so does your body. They are connected, literally at the nouns. Find someone who can teach you mantra meditation.
I read somewhere once (think it be Prevention Magazine, but not sure) that if you eat lots of rice it will engage sodium in the gut so that smaller number of it is absorbed surrounded by the blood stream.
I also read somewhere that calcium helps to moderate blood pressure. Not sure how.
For some folks high blood pressure may be genetic. In some cases meds may be a necessity to avoid strokes, etc.
Thick blood may increase blood pressure (such as from dehydration or illustrious cholesterol). Oatmeal has soluble fiber that is to say said to absorb cholesterol contained by the gut before it is spellbound into the blood stream.

I just saw something on TV today roughly a new diet book by Dr. Mehmet Oz. He say that your waist measurement should be 1/2 of your echelon in inches, and that your belly rotund (omentum?) is important to your strength, because among other things it can press on your kidneys, contributing to high blood pressure.
Ask your doctor past making any changes to your diet or medication.

I reccomend this book, it is only 8.oo brand tentative. It tells you what side effects to look for, what perscriptions not to bear the herbs near, what herbs not to thieve with pre-existing form conditions, common dosages, etc... The book is in good health worth it, because you never know what you are reading on the internet. And even then, most merely give a standard overview of the herb, and then dont transmit you "Hey, dont take this if you enjoy diabetes/epilepsy, etc..."
how old are you? if you are over a unquestionable age there may not be much that you can do or you may enjoy an underlying condition which means that no amount o lifestyle change can do anything. You know the lifestyle changes put away better, eat smaller number, reduce cargo, drink alot of water, exercise regulary, smaller quantity salf and fat within you diet, stop smoking, drink less alcohol, and lessen your stress. But all these things can just reduce your bp by almost 10 to 12 mg and then after that individual medication can help. see you gp if it remains high-ranking, they may be able to treat the underlying impose quickly. But as we bring back older our bp purely rises naturally and it is safer to travel on to medications.
