Why does my body be aware of jumbled up when I meditate?


Sometimes when I meditate my body feels resembling a Picasso painting. I don't perceive like I'm contained by my body, or like my body is adjectives jumbled up, and it's really a disturbing feeling. Like, I might discern like "I" am somewhere to the right, but my breathing is to the departed and I don't know where the rest of me is. It's rather like I'm outside my body, but not exactly, and it doesn't touch good or liberating. Maybe it's lately a need to sit up straight, or my chakras, or something else. Anyone hold any ideas on why this is, and what I stipulation to do to fix it?


Answer:    your emotions are getting settled. stress is subduing. it is OK. It is supposed to begin and the more you mediate, the less it feel that way.
You're probably doing a wrong, mantra form of meditiation (which is awfully bad). If so, check out the meditation at fhu.com.
