Good herbal sleeping pill...?
Ashley Korn here, 19. Does anyone know of a good herbal sleeping pill? Does one even exist?
Answer: unsurprisingly, check your local pharmacy
Try Melatonin! It works! melatonin is friggin awsome. Not only make you relaxed but puts you in a deeper sleep. Worked great for me.
I suggested this sleeping pill alternative to someone else already today.
Using pod shape number six from the following website is an almost guarenteed way to fall down asleep.
I prefer this way instead of sleeping pills because sleeping pills keep hold of you asleep.
People take pills because they want it to put them asleep a bit than keep them asleep.
dont ever use it st-john`s worth-- 1 will relaxes you, -2- even more and 3 pills put you too sleep
also valerian, a milder relaxant.
Tesco's own trademark herbal sleeping tablets are brill ! Quite Time
I have be using these for years and think they're great. My nan used to use them to.
Taste gross as they've get Valerian and skullcap in
5htp works enormously well for me. Buy it from your local form food store or over the 'net.
Take 50-100mg at bedtime with a carbo snack or some milk. It's an amino acerbic and is safe and non-addictive. It's also accurate for depression and pms.
I've heard the nurses who work 3rd do use Meltinone. Use that, but surrounded by the future keep watch on your and minizime your caffine intake. I have tried 3-4 of them from strength stores. Did't work for me. Try deep breathing, meditation, and some upright aromatherapy. I know it sounds weak, but try it. Think just about something relaxing, make yourself breathe slow and reflective. Breathe in a fitting quality scent, close to Lavender. My favorite one is actually a tub oil call Stress Relief. I rub it into my chest and breathe it in.
The most adjectives supplements are Relora and melatonin. Try these first. Buy only well-mannered brands. A good site that does not deal in these products but reviews them is http://www.nutritionaltree.com.
