what are some good foods to drink to clear your bowels. i'm thinking fruit and tea. any other ideas?

Juicy Juice works wonders! I drank just about 50 oz a day when pregnant near my second child, to do just what you are asking for abet with.
High fiber foods approaching raisin bran and triskets are also good.
Coffee works wonders. I drink a cup a daylight and Im good to walk... Other foods are dried apricots, prunes, broccoli... anything high surrounded by fiber. Or you could get one of those fiber additives to put on your food. That method you can eat anything and it have loads of fiber for you.
Prune juice.
Are you conversation about a cleansing? Or simply foods to help maintain you regular? Fruit juice rapid are good for a cleanse. No more that 3 days. Other erudite just get through a variety of fruits and veggies, and sort sure you drink lots of water and your angelic to go. ; )

Coffee usually works, apple liquid, prune juice, you can mix prune liquid, apple juice and cranberry liquid together and heat it up. There are lots of things to munch through, high fiber foods. Good luck beside that.
I dont know about "angelic food" but try this....Drink lots of cheap bottom shelf vodka and lots of genesee beer.Your sure to have a bowel movement within the morning.Matter of fact your most promising to have explosive results....lol

It is by Kellogg's Canada and called All-Bran Buds beside Psyllium. When you check the fibre content of other cereal you'll be shocked at how little some of them have. For example, Quaker Oats, (One Minute), which my husband swears by, have 3 grams of fibre per 1/3 cup. Two Quaker Muffets contain 5 grams of roughage.
However, 1/3 cup of All-Bran Buds with Psyllium have 12 grams of fibre which is give or take a few half the on a daily basis requirement of 25 grams. I usually also add different fruits: a banana, a pear and 4 or so dried apricots which I keep contained by water contained by the fridge so they are softer. Other times of the year I'll also use strawberries and blueberries. I eat this every morning. I know it might nouns boring but I enjoy it and I know it works. It's also one smaller quantity thing to enjoy to figure out contained by the day.
