Answer:
Yes! I started seeing a chiropractor several years ago, for a couple of problems.
One: I had intensely limited selection of motion when turning my neck, due to an dated snowboarding injury. I also had stiffness and throbbing at times too.
Two: I had chronic (altho not severe) upper rear legs pain and rigidity, mainly surrounded by the trapezius and rhomboid muscles, due to spending 5 1/2 years attending college with a damn filling backpack on my back! (And worn incorrectly, I suspect).
Three: I have on-and-off lower back distress and stiffness, and sometimes felt approaching my hips/pelvis where out of whack.
BOTTOM LINE: All of these problems are any resolved, or much much better, now that I'm a chiropractic tolerant. :) It took several months of frequent treatments resolve the range of motion and distress issues, but now adjectives I do is go for "maintenance" adjustment once a month or so.
OH, before I forget, I used to own trouble with springtime allergies up to that time I started seeing a chiropractor. They've now almost disappeared, and the ONLY item that's different is that I go to a chiro. :) I didn't move to another location, I didn't be in motion for allergy shots, nothing!
I don't mull over there's any "ballpark" figure for how much it costs to see a chiro, because there's a LOT of ebb and flow among what they charge. Also, sometimes your health insurance will clear for part of the cost, which is great if you can take it! Unfortunately my HMO plan doesn't cover chiro, so I have to rate it all myself. Fortunately, tho, my chiro is massively reasonable. :)
Yes, and it help tremendously. The first procedure the doctor did was some sort of shock analysis, were the electric pulses relax the nerves around your support muscles. (feels great) The next step is lay on your back and have a "rolling pin" go from your tail bone adjectives the way up to your shoulders. Finally, the doctor lies you on a bed and realigns your vertebrae, CRACK! This took care of my lower hindmost pain right away and I could walk up right as soon as I disappeared the doctors office. Cost be about $60.
Yes, I hold seen a chiropractor for 20 years. He have never given me an x-ray because he uses manual diagnostic technique, but he has x-rayed other member of my family when instruction book diagnosis was scarce. A manual adjustment usually costs $40. I enjoy seen him for several ailments (foot pain, heel aching, arm/hand tingling, abdominal pain, knees pain, hip distress, jaw spasm and of course, upper and lower vertebrae pain). What I have found is that the longer I run with the misery before I see him, the more adjustment that I need. For example, my big toe/ball of foot hurt for over a year. I saw broad physicians, orthopedic doctors, podiatrist and none helped. Finally a friend referred me to the chiropractor and it took a couple months of 1-2 times a week adjustment and a pair of orthotics for my shoes, but finally get relief from the backache. When I had the chin pain, I go to see him immediately and needed single one adjustment.
Good luck.
I tried it but it didn't help because it be the muscles that were dilapidated not the bones. My suggestion take two capsule of MSM (Methylsufonylmethane) and one capsule of Melatonin. This will assistance heal the muscles, lift this 3x per day and next after a week or more take when needed. I did this when I stretched the muscles surrounded by my back. Now I steal when my back is sore. Which could be once every 3 weeks or so, possibly less perchance more. Depends on what I am doing. Usually after I clean the house, etc; vacuum. MSM is also pious for arthritis. You can get them at your local drug store.
It does sustain if you find a GOOD one. I suggest talking to race and pick one by word of mouth. And then generate an appointment. Usually you can go and not be charged a fortune. Alot of insurance companies will cover it. The one and only thing that I'm wondering just about is what your diagnosis was. You may be need something a little more aggressive as far as treatment.
stay away from them..i will never move about again
i still suffer from extreme pain on right hip-butt-area..and i am going to persue it again next to my dr.and this time he is going to have to convey me to another specialist..i have suffered for 8 years
chiropractic is not the route to go unless you can notify us what you have be diagnosed with?
