what are you consumption??...you may want to start a cleansing diet of pineapple, papaya and water the subsequent time you get time sour...after that, start with small meal and eat healthful choices...you know, the fresh stuff...stay away from greasy and fried stuff for awhile...also, if you hold any stress going on in your time, that could be doing it...eat small robust meals...until you can stomach more...

If you put away toxic foods youre going to feel toxic. try a week of lacto-vegetarian foods with things approaching millet, brown rice, fibre, leafy vegetables, 2 litres sea per day, green tea/herbal teas...cut out sugar, fried fat, salt and anything that comes within a packet for a week and see how you feel....
