Joints are sore after workout exercises...?

I've be checking my workout form, and everything seems to be by the book (no impolite strain on tendons or joints). I take no supplements whatsoever, of late good ol' fashioned giant protein/carb foods after my workouts. I hear that there are inherent supplements out there that race take to prevent united pain, but I dunno...I'm not a pill guy. Any suggestions on what I should do?

If you go to a vigour food store, the practicioner will probably tell you that you are not getting ample oxygen into your joints. A withdrawal of oxygen, such as holding your breath, when you're doing reps can also lead to a build-up of lactic tart in the muscles. I used to hold a lot of niggle in my knees due to this problem until I started drinking oxygenated hose. The bottles vary contained by price from $1- $1.75 per bottle. the best brands are O2Go and Hi-O silver. The water is put through a process that within addition to purifying it, pumps it full of 5-6 times the oxygen of regular wet. The first time I tried it, I felt close to someone had rubbed Vicks Vapor Rub adjectives over my chest, and my lungs felt flooded next to oxygen within 20 minutes. It's a cheap - no pill- treatment that you could try. Oh by the style, that helpful form food store practicioner will probably try to get you to buy a pill base supplement that ranges in price from $30-$130 per 30 afternoon supply.
