Any one near cold remedies?
I am sick and I want to get better soon. Is within any thing that can support prevent colds, or help them gain better?

works great. Comes in packet, mix with wet.
take a vitamen c supplement everyday - drink plenty of 100% fruit liquid of your choice - vitamen c is great for preventing colds
use zicam swabs at the first sign of a cold - the zinc will help lessen the severity of the cold
try going to the doctor to bring back a prescription - over the counter meds usually don't work too well for me
