Spirulina?
spirulina contains phenylaline which aparently reduces your hunger, but i do not want this, i want to put on shipment. Will this phenylaline affect my hunger only when im taking it, or will it affect me lastingly?
Answer: Much to my great surprise you are actually right and spirulina does facilitate with mass loss that you don't want and you can find further information in a hunt for spirulina + "weight loss".
Well, I truly haven't heard any customers that said their appetite be reduced at all while they took Spirulina. I'm not sure where on earth you got your information from, but I would suggest checking next to your source, as that sounds like it's any total bull or it only slightly reduce your hunger (where most people don't distinguish a difference).
By the way, the actual volume of Phenylalanine surrounded by Spirulina may be high compared to other supplements, but it looks similar to the total volume is less than 3% of the volume of Spirulina that you give somebody a lift, and that is nowhere hard by how much you would get within a regular pill of Phenylalanine.
If you are truly worried about it lowering your hunger, later talk to a nutritionist to find the best feast plan to help you gain immensity and stick with it whether you are hungry or not (but not full).
