Are you discussion about Irwin Natural's multi-vitamins? If so, I would vote it is a good product. Many family like it because the nutrition is figure out for them. For instance, there's a formula for women and one for men. And it is convenient to buy and take solely one kind of pill.
The drawback is that it's pricey - give or take a few $30 a month. And you have to steal at least 3 pills a light of day to get any benefit.
Probably the biggest plus is that it's adjectives natural, gooey and so highly assimilatable. Not so the stuff you buy from Centrum or One-a-Day, which is so much chemical that the body can't even authorize it as a food. But there are other brands not moderately so expensive, like NOW Foods.

THE BEST ROUTE FOR WATER SOLUBLE OR OIL BASED VITAMINS IS FROM THE FOODS YOU EAT, OR INTRAMUSCULAR FOR THE OIL BASED. YOU CANNOT ABSORB A LOT OF THEM AT ONCE.
