Help! Can't sleep n hold trouble controlling my anxiety...?


I have be suffering from insomnia on n off since I be 3 or 4 years old. But presently that I am an adutl, I find it even more impossible to cope. I also feel anxious abundantly. It's really effecting my confidence in keeping a career. I have tries sleeping pills - it of late made me more tired n I don't want to take any medication. I can't afford to step to a sleep clinic. N I have tried oodles different herbal tea n tablets - it has not worked.
But I appreciate any constructive accepted wisdom n advice that hold worked for you or have worked on someone you know.

I'm sure you've tried plentifully of things and pills to help next to the insomnia, however I would try Melatonin.
