Lortab and Vicodan are the exact same medication. they are only made by different drug companies and have different name. Don't overdose. These tablets have hydrocodone and Tylenol surrounded by them. More people die of Tylenol overdose respectively year than any over the counter medication. Hydrocodone is a very addictive drug.
