A few things you can try:
1. Reflexology. You can revise to give your hand a relaxing rub, I've used it for anxiety and it's very tranquil. check your local bookstore for how to do it.
2. Get an eyepillow filled beside lavender. You might not sleep with it on, but wear it for at smallest 15-20 min. Lie flat on your back and try to touch the bed near as much of your body as you can.
3. If you have a million things on your mind, write down everything that wishes to be done in a dayplanner/todo detail so you dont worry nearly forgetting things.

weed is a instinctive herb, unless chemically enhanced. so i guess crip isnt the answer, but you could smoke some dank stuff and get sleepy bad of that
Valerian, hops and passion flower are three herbals that assistance with sleep. Breathing contained by lavender oil also works resourcefully.

Melatonin is a natural hormonal approach. Start beside a low dose and gradually increase if the lower dose doesn't do the opportunity.

If I take more melatonin than I want, I get a mild headache.
