I don't get a vastly restful night's sleep and was wondering what teas could aid me sleep

There are many herbal teas similar to Sleepytime (Celestial Seasons), Sweat Dreams (Bigelow?), and the Yogi Brand puts out a blend with Kava Kava to relief you relax. You can also try Valerian Root caplets (I have the most luck next to these). They don't "knock you out", but they can help mellow you a bit.
A point to try is watching your "sleep hygiene". Don't eat smaller amount than 3 hours before bedtime; keep watch on that you do not consume caffeine in the latter chunk of the day; do away with naps during the morning, if you take them; start making your bedtime a ritual (repetitive tasks at bedtime) to trick yourself into going to sleep; listen to some relaxing music or read member of a book prior to settling in.
