an alternative to peanut butter? are you silly?
Right, not easy. I'm assuming you want a early snack or easy sandwich replacement? What roughly soy, almond, hazelnut or cashew nut butters? Apple butter for fun with bananas. Avocados put together great sandwiches. If you guzzle cheese, there's another alternative. FYI, I've found that if I crave pasta sauce or spinach or something high surrounded by oxalic acid, if I rob magnesium citrate for a while before and after, poof, the symptoms almost disappear. Devil's claw also works for some ethnic group to flush out the oxalic acid, but didn't work for me
