Anyone here done a Colonic ?
Anyone had a colonic ? I hold had chronic constipation for something like 3 months ! And my naturopath suggested it. I also have anxiety, heart palpitations.
Is it past the worst to do colonics ? Any tips, advice or abet is greatly appeciated.

I just have my first colonic yesterday. It was a outstandingly interesting experience and I actually gain a pound in hose down. I did it b/c I'm switching my to a complete organic diet and it be suggested prior. I did not really feel any different afterwards, but I don'tt regret it. I give attention to it's very not dangerous.
