Do Omega-3/6/9 Fatty Acid supplements hold an expiration date?

I have two bottles of the aforementioned supplement, and while I cannot find an expiration date, I found the numbers "10 08 362044 06" written on it's side. The ordinarily somewhat intricate gel caps are much softer very soon. Are they still safe to consume or should I toss them?

Answer:
Yes, they do hold an expiration date and it is often on the bottom of the bottle. If not, check the sign. The numbers you located, may or may not be the expiration date--they may be a lot number.

If you are not sure, you may be capable of find the manufacturer's phone number on the label and endow with them a call---they will ask for a lot number.

If this doesn't work, and you're still contained by doubt, throw them out. It's not worth the possibility of becoming ill from a product that's become rancid.
yes its on the bottom of the bottle
