What to do to prepare your body for pregnancy?


I have read that taking folic sour is needed a few months prior to conception.what else do you think is needed to draw from your body in command so you will be nutritionally well rotten before trying to hold a baby? I am into inborn ways to treat the body so any cleansing techniques or suppliments would be a correct start..any one have any products they trust to be of accurate quality?


Answer:    Just be as thriving as you can...

Detoxing and eating unharmed foods would be a good start.

Whole foods are better than anything else for detoxing.

I used the book that you know of... Fertility one!!

I also ate foods that have a higer folic acid intake, and my prenatals..

I also excersied via tap videos, only just to get my heart rate working for I enjoy sinus tachycardia!!

I also got a massive sunburn, no for definite that is what help me to keep this pregnancy... SO who know! HA!!

Have proper meals that enjoy adequate vitamins and proteins and adjectives thats required. You should also exercise regularly like yoga or walking. And most of adjectives stay happy. My mom aways told my sister-in -law to stay as in good spirits as possible and not to worry too much something like any thing.
