At the doctor today, I read an article something like "free radicals". Is war against them really earth-shattering?





Answer:    Free radicals are unstable molecules that attack your cell and mutate them. Basically, they are what's in radiation, which among other things, cause cancer, heart disease, and aging (wrinkles, discoloration, etc.)
It is a good impression to limit the amount of free radical in your body, by consuming foods elevated in antioxidants. Foods such as blueberries, pomegranites, and green tea are a few that contain high-ranking amounts of antioxidants, which are a natural defense against free radical.
So if you don't want to look old or die, I suggest consumption some antioxidants.
