One bottle costs $45 (& price keep shooting up)and recommended amount is 4 bottles a month! You don't have to settle absurd amounts to carry any of the questionable benefits claimed. Just do as I and many others do; follow a reliable organic lacto-vegetarian wholefood balanced diet beside lots of raw food. It's far cheaper and better.for one's vigour.
