Does anyone know of any crude sleep aids?


I don't want to take pills. Are near any food items that will help me sleep?

at hand are teas
one is called Sleepy Time Tea
considerate of silly but it is suposed to work
A nice cup of warm milk will release it's tryptophans & receive you naturally sleepy.
Chamomile tea.
I hold been have insomnia for awhile now and enjoy tried many remedies and I approaching all raw.
Here are some you can try:

Senna Tea (just dont use to often as your body get used to it)
Chamomile Tea

Then these are Natural Pills or Supplements that I recommend you try:

Melotonin Supplements (natural in vitamin section)
Sleep MD ( Walgreens, it works if you are contained by bed as you can fall to sleep within 5 min flat)
Selenium (mineral supplement)
Grapefruit Solution (helps, find on web, also lowers BP)

Please try these, they seem to be to help me the most.
try a cup of St. John's wort tea
There is also something call Sleep Hygiene--behavior around sleep time.

Basically, don't do anything other than sleep and sex within bed.

Physically go to your bed a moment ago to sleep---don't watch TV in attendance, or read, or just lay around.

Go to bed at a not bad hour, not too early and when you be aware of tired.

Don't drink caffeine.

Try to reduce the stress within your life.
