Attention, memory vitamins?
I have Adult ADD, and have been looking at different herbal supplements for attention , focas, and memory. Just seeing what else is out near as far as quality and price. Any suggestions?

They not solely improve memory but they cleanse and provide for the brain so it can heal. Also standard toxicity can cause/make worse ADD. Think about getting a polite bowel cleansing tonic...not one of those super fast cleansers but soemthing easy-going for long term use. Dr. Christopher have the Lower Bowel formula which is exellent.
Omega 3 fatty acids are helpful as capably.
I have be using Focus Formula which you can find at any GNC or VitaminShoppe. Honestly, I am not sure if its working though.
