I've been have stomach ailments for about a year in a minute. Yesterday I had a handful of twizzlers, and my stomach really started hurting. Could sugar be the culprit? Anyone else hold this problem? Any solutions?

Answer:
It's definitely what's cause it. I can't eat anything next to sugar without getting stomach cramps and indigestion. It's because the sugar is fast broken down, but the acid and chemicals surrounded by the candy aren't too good for you. Stop drinking processed foods like candy. They're not righteous for you anyway!
Sugar is fermented in the intestines, giving rise to gas- near is bloating of the stomach. Any distension of this kind, will head to crampy pain. Also, situation similar to fructose intolerance have be well documented. Whatever be the moving parts, its better to stay off it, as it seem from your own admission, that you hold gastritis.
Other ingredients apart from sugar may also be responsible.
