Can you pilfer ginseng and echinacea together?
I want to boost my immune system so I don't get sick every other week, but also want to enjoy more energy to turn to the gym

Yes, you can take these two herb together. I would recommend, however, that you ingest them 1/2 hour apart if they are capsules or 15 min. apart if they are gooey extracts.
Believe it or not, Ginseng is a tonic also and may do your immune system more good than the Echinacea. Some those have a bit of trouble beside "true" ginsengs Korean & American causing heart palpitations, especially within large doses. Myself, I prefer Eluthero, aka Siberian Ginseng, as it is reputed to assistance with stamina.
IMO, Echinacea works best if you don't purloin it all the time but fairly take a fundamentally high dose when exposed to something or at the first sign of ailment. Always use the root or extract of the root of E. purpurea or E. angustifolia.
Astragalus is another tonic herb known to give a hand boost immunity.

yes you can take them together but they won't bequeath you what you want. More energy and a righteous immune system depends on a lot more consequently ginseng and ehcinacea. Get a book called Nutrition Almanac and find out how to harmonize your diet with adjectives the nutrients needed for good form. Then find someone who can help you beside the chaos within your mind that ties it up in knot every day. If your still interested, look for a routine to get reconnected to your complex self (soul) if thats what you call it. By later your will be in pretty devout shape.
Hypothetically yes, but I would rather you consult a licensed acupuncturist or herbalist first. You never know if you requirement a different herbal formula to boost your immune system (depending on the cause).
