Stretches for horseback riding?


i went horseback riding yesterday, and when i woke up, my body be really sore...

especially my thighs and back

what would you guys recommend doing up to that time or after i go horseback riding again, for this not to come about?

Answer:
Yoga is the best regular warm up for riding. You use alot of muscles when you ride.
First I would suggest doing some stretching beforehand riding. And try riding for less time. If the soreness continues bear some chelated calcium and a hot bath.
