I am deciding to cart 5-HTP instead of the Paxil i was perscribed. Will this work effectivly? Also are in attendance any harmfull effects if i take it while I am taking Hydroxycut?

Answer:
I didn't hold much luck with Paxil. What worked for me be a little more complex than newly 5-HTP, though. If you're depressed, you need a complete program that includes hygienic diet, sunlight, exercise, and supplements like 5-HTP, omega 3 (fish grease or flaxseed oil), and B vitamins. Oh, and I almost forgot the best part... This book: "The Feeling Good Handbook" by David Burns, MD.
