Herbal Tea Opinion?
Has anyone used a Herbal Laxative Tea that they recommend? I am looking for one, but want to know about any dutiful experiences with a fussy brand.
Answer: Look for teas that has Senna/Senna branch as the main ingredient. It doesn't nibble nice and if you drink it at night you'll run to the toilet first item in the morning.
