Have some ginger ale. It usually help settle your stomach. Then rest on a bed or sofa with the tv and computer of(you know complete silence). Maybe cool down your organizer a bit. After some sleep youll be feeling better.

Eat some lemons, it worked for me.
Ginger. I use ginger capsules. The idea ginger ale calms upset stomachs is because of the ginger content. You can buy it within tea form, too, but I prefer capsules. Good for morning sickness, too!
GINGER-TEA OR PILL
There are several remedies for Nausea...peppermint is a righteous one..it calms the stomach and ease the pain. You can also use chamomile.
