Is cod liver grease really obedient for impossible joint?

i have a fruitless knee and i am looking for a great remedy

Answer:    yes but not completely good for the fish anymore
yes it is you could also try glucosamine tablets they are well-mannered for joints Co liver grease is no good, it is a adjectives myth.
Yes, it helped me and you could also try glucosomin. YES
Pure honey is better, mix beside a non-water based cream at ratio 1:1. It works fine. Cod liver grease is supposed to be a prevention not a cure. I don't know if it makes joint and less bleeding.
i believe its ment to lubricate the joints, but wouldnt articulate its a good remedy, it also taste disgusting, go to your local herbalist shop and they offer good warning or speak to a pharmasist.
hope your knee get better. When I use to work in a clinic, we other had our forgiving try out Omega 3, 6, and 9 together. Cold pressed oil pills are the topmost quality. It really seem to help them so much! It take a few weeks to start getting the full potential, but it helps so much beside so many other things also, it's definitaly worth a try! Good luck!
Cod liver grease is great for joints next to 'wear and tear' type problems but no use at all for ligaments and tendons.

I agree near one of your other correspondents about glucosamine.

Most of adjectives, don't exercise 'through' pain. I'm sure I don't hold to say why.

Good luck.
I don't really know. I help yourself to cod liver oil b/c I be told by someone from Norway that they take it adjectives the time and never get sick. It supposedly builds up your imperviousness. It is loaded with Omega 3's and Vitamin A & D. You enjoy to make sure you receive it from a reputable company so that it is not contaminated. You also want to watch the dosages b/c too much Vitamin A & D can be toxic. I own also taken the glucosamine Chondroitin for my joints. It seem to help. I suggest ACV Apple Cider Vinegar Check out bragg.com
Fish grease might be better as it contains much greater amounts of omega 3 but fortified cod liver oil contains much more vitamin A and D. You in actual fact need both. Yes but you entail to take more than the regular dose as recommended on the bottle if you're trying to repair mutual pain.

Another piece that helps is drinking lots of sea, helps to hang on to the joint lubricated. When we don't drink satisfactory water our organs (that undeniably require water) will rob from the joints.

Also antioxidants oblige and long term, glucosomine sulphate can comfort as it is known to assistance repair cartilege
You are better off beside fish oil, not cod liver grease. Fish oils contain omega 3's within higher doses and EPA. EPA is responsible as an anti imflammatory.
If you look on the stern of the fish oils you'll see an EPA/DHA reading. The sophisticated the EPA, the better it is for your joints.
I single ever sell fish oil for joints not cod liver grease. However you can take cod liver grease for health and ably being. Cod liver grease contains vitamin A and vitamin D. It is great for the immune system however vitamin A is toxic in large doses and I wouldnt take more than the reccommended dose unless prescribed by your vigour practitioner.
You can take more fish oil and the results are much better. Like I said before the EPA/DHA reading vary from product to product, it can be 180/120 or 300/200. Some which are designed for joints may own a reading like this 500/120.
Remember it's the EPA not the DHA that wants to be higher. You'll see what I be going to when you read the packet.
Fish oils combine all right with Glucosamine/chondrointon/MSM. They'll do the repair work and facilitate rebuild bone/joint/cartalage/tendons. Worth the investment.
On the fish oil you can go over the dosage undamagingly (unlike cod liver oil). I take 6 strong fish oil a day newly for general condition and mine is combined with vitamin E, which help the fish oils work better. Alot of inhabitants dont take satisfactory and theres no harm what so ever going sophisticated. Break the dosage up throughout the day as they work better for joint when they are time released, so to speak.
Hope I have be of some help, adjectives the best.

ADD ON; Fish oils and cod liver grease are not the same product. Cod liver grease is taken mainly as a Vtamin A/D supplement for condition and well person, it has lower omega 3 level and lower epa levels and is from the liver simply. You need the oil from the fish itself.
Try taking Glucosamine and Chondroitin. I've found these combined to be better than taking cod liver oil. adjectives fish oils and plant oil are good for every subdivision of your body; they're lubricating and anti inflammatory. also try a castor oil pack (i.e pour castor grease onto a cloth and apply to your knee) it works for me
"NO" Its not. I read a report about four years ago on its carrying out tests and it was proved that cod "LIVER" grease has severely little effect on the joints or any other member of your body unless it was taken beside another substance. I cannot remember what it was. It be stated that FISH oil is far superior. There is a difference contained by liver oil and fish grease which has omega 3 and is beneficial to you. Is`nt it strange how seven sea have sold cod LIVER grease for years, and only very soon have they added omega 3. prominently getting left out of the souk.. I used to buy omega 3 fish oil within large bottles nearly 12 years ago and it was amazingly cheap..You cant get it within bottles now because they trade name fortunes putting it into little capsules for mugs approaching us to buy. Better off using olive grease or eat plenty of avocados. That's the inbred way.
