Anyone know a nasal congestion solution that doesn't involve medication or neti?
Tried perscribed medications for 2 years. It worked but within the end cause my nose to bleed repeatedly. I suspect that it perminently dilapidated the lining of my nostrils because I never have nose bleeds until afterwards. Tried neti a couple of times but it caused trunk bleeds after a few weeks, probably becaue my nose be already damaged form the medication.
Any other planning for nasal congestion apart form sleep, fluids and hemeopathic medicine?
