In general: carbohydrates provide more instant energy, while protein will provide a slower but more sustaining liveliness. I like a small chalice of orange liquid (the carbs in the fruit sugar hit the bloodstream rapidly) for a sudden boost, and whole grain will help longer, but I own to remember to get that protein to finishing me until my next suppertime, or I'll be weak and slothful.
So that's generally what to chomp through for energy. Sounds close to you may have something more serious, so worthy for you for going to the doctor.
Did any of the other answers mention depression? Chronic fatigue, or simply the desire to curl up and do nothing, or atmosphere of weakness/helplessness (and feeling close to there's nothing you could do to alteration that) can all be symptoms of a depressive episode. Depression even have physical symptoms, including aches and pains. Remember this: you don't necessarily hold to feel chiefly *SAD* to be experiencing depression. Really.
Best wishes and feel better soon!
Sleep, iron (from beef or spinach, duet it with something that contains vitamin C for best results.) and better digestion. I be so incredibly weak and tired up to that time I started looking out for my digestive system. Before you eat hold something acidic(Kimchi, dill pickles half a lemon surrounded by a small cup or water near salt.) don't drink anything during your lunchtime, wait an hour to drink something, peppermint, not mint, not spear mint, tea and hot as you can stand river. Good health, God bless, apt luck. most of the time it is probably due to lack of nutrients. if you do not maltreat your body, then most imagined you are not digesting all of your food.your body is a chemical factory run by electricity.rubbish in ,refuse out.depending on your age ,you may need digestive aids approaching hci or enzymes.
