How do I win my body to produce it's own estrogen short going on HRT?


After the birth of my daughter two years ago, my body went nuts!! I own been seeing a TCM doctor rotten and on for the past year. I've gotten better but I basically can't seem to gain back to common. I've done acupuncture, drank herbal teas, gone to the chiropractor, had massage, made some dietary changes but it still isn't adequate. I think my adrenal glands are shot. My TCM doctor also say that my spleen is crashing. I got pregnant a few months spinal column but it was a blighted ovum. Probably b/c I ovulated too behind when I got pregnant. I am trying to swot yoga and get my exercise posterior up. Does anyone have any other suggestions out in that??


Answer:    There are 2 ways that are safer than HRT-
1. Balancing - Phytoestrogens. The main 3 kind are: 1) soy isoflavonoids (cool type, not suitable for people who other feel cold feet/hands). 2) Lignans for adjectives types of body, preferred to use with flax grease or hemp oil (check near Aroma Medicine Research Centre for more details). 3) Bioflavanoids, good sources are citric fruits. I recommend lignans teatime.

2. Get hormone precusors PGE1 from GLA (the most important EFA for hormones). Good sources of GLA are rosehip grease, borage oil, evening primrose grease, hemp oil. However, you must also devour some ALA at the same time because GLA creates PGE2, a unpromising hormone that causes inflamation and, ALA creates PGE3 and symmetry PGE2.

The best way is to do the following:

Add 1-2 teaspoons of flax lignans prompt meal to
1 teaspoon of rosehip grease (31% GLA)+
1 teaspoon of flax seed grease (57% ALA)
