i would like to catch like some anesthetic to inject into close to my arm or something to put me to sleep fast or some chloroform

First of all, why would you want to do that ?? You can singular legally receive anesthesia within the hospital or a medical facility if it is required for surgery or a procedure. If you want to go to sleep, try over the counter benadryl, its cheap and official.
