Would any of these options be beneficial to him?? Also, I own tried to look up what acupuncture and acupressure really is but I can't seem to catch a full description. The only entity that keeps popping up is something give or take a few opening the channel up. What are they talking in the region of?? Sorry I'm new to this nouns of things and don't know. Thank you for any help or direction you may give me. I and my friend will welcome any ideas.

Answer:
Yes, I used it for depression and it be like the 8th wonder of the world. The first practitioner I go to had be inspired to become an acupuncturist because she also had be treated with it for depression. She be wonderful. I met her when I was travelling out of the country and going through a really bad patch. Then I come home to the midwest where such things are not so widely available and I go to a chiropractor who apparently had some training contained by the field and of late did not have matching result - just didn't enjoy the touch I guess. My advise is to ask around for a really accurate practitioner. The best thing give or take a few it is that it works immediately next to out any side effects such as you have near medication. But you will have to do it regularly, possibly once a week or so until you are competent to manage your depression by other ways - and that take some psychology.

Oh - and the theory trailing acupuncture and acupressure is that they alleviate the "energy blocks" that are held inside your body and allow the Chi (your vital vivacity energy) to circulate freely. It also balances the conflicting energies of "yin" and "yang". This energy flows surrounded by certain directions on what is call "meridians" very much surrounded by the same approach that blood circulates through the body along your arms and legs and through your organs via veins and arteries. These blocks, contained by my opinion, are drastically symbolic of blocks in the mind of issues that are even so to be resolved and this is projected onto the body as an energy block. Its open-handed of an upside down method of healing contained by that sense - because it treats symptoms of a deeper cause, but it can be an excellent foundation until you are competent to get a grip on what is going on underneath.

There is a severely complex theory down all of it and so this is as far as I can pilfer you on that path.

By the mode, I decided to come rear and add that the practice of Qi Gong and Tai Chi are also rooted surrounded by these theories of meridians and the balance of enthusiasm. They can be very conscientious supplemental exercises to any acupuncture or acupressure treatments. They allow you to essentially treat yourself on a daily cause and its a nice slow easy and adjectives exercise. Recommended.
ya my mom had acupunture and she said it worked
YEs, it help you. I think you shouldn't be depend one and only on Acupuncture. Some of their medicines are not really bright.
im my vigour class at school we studyed these feilds. yes, nearby are "energy channels" that are belevied to run through your body. if you press one of these fundamental channels beside the accurate amount of pressure or have a syringe pressed in the right passageway, it will releive them. but do not try accupuncture yourself, go to a professional. as for accupuncture, that can be done by yourself. it may not work for adjectives, but you should try it anyway. im not telling you its the best method, you should still thell your friend to jump to a professional..... i wish i could communicate you more about accupuncture, but we basically focused on accupressure in conservatory. good luck
Most acupuncture/pressure cures can be well attributed to the placebo effect. If you think you'll attain better, you will get better. I have acupressure for a few years about twenty years ago, and it worked approaching a charm . . . untill the pain be enough that I doubted that acupressure would work. It didn't that time, or any time after that.

Depression is nil to take weakly, but most cases are treatable with drugs. I hear Danny Bonnaduce (sp?) say that the problem beside with antidepressants isn't that they don't work, it's that they work economically enough to convince you that you don't obligation them anymore.

Any time that you can't find hard information on a treatment, it's probably not TRUE. Rent Penn and Teller's Bullsh*t, season 1: fung shui episode. Trust doctors. They saved my natural life.
Acupuncture is using needles
Acupressure is using pressure
I've had acupuncture and so hold many of my friends/family for misery, injury, depression, etc. and we have adjectives benefited greatly.
if you find a good, qualified acupuncturist, they are awesome...
sustain me with flexibility and bone spur issues...
Absolutely. Accupuncture is amazing technology.

I used accupuncture myself years ago.

A friend hurt his put money on, and his doctors put him on Percodans, and he was surrounded by pain virtually adjectives of the time. He went to am accupuncturist, and after three treatments he have his life put a bet on. He was competent to go hunting, or do anything he needed to do.

The energy pathway are called meridians.

Accupressure uses finger tips to block the flow of ch'i, and accupuncture have fine needles about the size of a human tresses.

About 20 years ago Bill Mpyers went to Asia and record interviews and surgeries that went on within. In one of these bits; it shows a chinese woman sitting up and talking to her doctors while the top of her skull be laying on a tray, and the doctor be activating parts of her brain and she be reporting what she felt. The one and only anesthesia and pain nouns she had be an accupuncturist had blocked the flow of ch'i next to accupuncture.

About 20 years ago 60 minutes was showing a New York Accupuncturist that be helping people hammering the addiction to heroin via accupuncture.
Hahaha I'll let you know if it works.. Ive contracted to use accupressure for labor.. My teacher can do both but said accupressure works matching and is more safer-cleaner-sterile being in attendance are no needles being used... Ive never hear any benefits of it being used for anxiety or depression, but hey im not clich¨¦ its "impossible" i dont know a lot in the region of it either but haven't hear any regrets from people who enjoy tried this method.
